Writing Position Statements

Lack of Common Sense:

1. Not Aware of dangers
2. Don't take precautions of a unknown place
3. Know where they're supposed to be

Signs:

1. Spot placement may be a blind spot
2. Some people can't read it
3. Have a safe zone

Liability:

1. People are responsible for what they do
2. If you know it share it
3. Pay attention in dangerous areas

Liability

                Being liable for yourself is taking care of yourself and what you do. Although people who are responsible for putting up the signs are to blame, there are still people who will do the same thing even with the addition of the sign and are still responsible for themselves.

                People who own the area are one reason to blame for not reminding the people of certain dangers like for unexpected landslide or a strong current which can catch people even if they are in a safe area, although people that are still doing dangerous things even though they may expect it like straddling a explosive water spout or walking off a cliff are more of them not being more careful of themselves. People should take proper precautions when they visit these kinds of places and the people in charge of the area should also warn them of the environment they're entering especially if they themselves don't want to get into trouble.

                People should be responsible for themselves and if possible take care of others around them and not fool around in places that have dangers. Signs are reminders for them to be careful and won't completely guarantee their safety. People who don't put up the signs should also feel responsible and be prepared for the consequences for not  sharing their knowledge of the area to help others. In the end people are liable for themselves if they want to get into trouble and take proper precautions into certain things.
