I am a bird
Where I go is a
mystery
I walk with the wind behind my back
just like a bird
with the wind under it's wings
with the wind under it's wings
I stop out of
curiosity of what could be
then leave
When it does not suit
me
As a bird that loves
to venture
Just like when one chases a bird
Why do I shy away
Why do I shy away
Of what lurked
in the unknown
Instead of 'under it's wings' you could write 'under my wings'. In the you talked about how you're like a bird but you don't incorporate how you're the wind, although you did include the word 'wind'. You did a great job including imagery which helped me picture a bird in my head.
