1. The food I will be working on will be spaghetti.
2. Spaghetti is usually made to celebrate birthdays, so whenever I eat it I enjoy it until another special occasion occurs, eating some kind of noodles is supposed to mean a longer life.

you did well but I think you could've add more details like in number 3. When you said "The sauce in combination with the spaghetti brings out a unique flavor", you could add thing like how it smells, feels, and tastes. On number 4 you also could've add more reasons why you chose your mom to interview. Other than that GOOD JOB :)
